Synopsis
In the 'verse of 2506, a full ten years before Firefly, tensions are building between the newly-formed Anglo-Sino Alliance based in the core worlds and the many governments (and not-so-governmens) of the border and rim worlds. The Alliance seeks control and regulation, and legislation is in progress to extend this control over those who have a penchant for running things however they see fit, namingly the folk out on the rim. Protests, demonstrations, Parliamentary sessions and rallies have been increasing in their fervor, and it's only a matter of time before the unsteady peace gives way to violence.
Very soon, a handful of passengers aboard a Potbelly-class transport bound for Beylix get more than they bargained for... will they come out clean or find themselves neck-deep in trouble?
